Terms and Conditions

  • PASSPORT
    • PLEASE NOTE – Your passport must be valid for more than six months at time of entry into Indonesia. It is really important because there have been clients in the past that have not been able to enter through the Denpasar airport because of the passport expiry date is less than six months.
  • REGISTRATION WITH INDONESIAN AUTHORITIES
    We are required by law to register all guests with the local authorities. Management of the villa will take your passport to photocopy and then make sure that you are registered with the authorities.
  • RATES
    All rates are quoted in USD dollars and converted to Australian Dollars at the time of transaction. BaliVillaHolidays.com will endeavour to ensure all advertised prices are correct and will confirm the rates for you at the time of enquiry/reservation.
  • CHANGES OF BOOKINGS
    • A USD150.00 administration fee will apply to each change after a booking has been confirmed. Changes cannot necessarily be accommodated in all cases.
  • SERVICE INCLUDE
    • Our properties are fully equipped with bed linens, towels, cooking utensil etc. Item such as toilet paper, soap and drinking water are supplied at the villa. Gratuities for house hold staff shall be left to guest’s discretion.
  • SEASONS
    • Please note that different villas has different seasons and different terms and conditions and our staffs will advise you when booking is made. BaliVillaHolidays.com will endeavour to ensure all advertised season dates are correct and will confirm the dates for you at the time of enquiry/reservation.
  • EVENT AND PARTY
    • It must be respected that client cannot hold large parties in any of the private villas without prior arrangements. We must get a license from the local authorities for such events and this will incur an extra fee. All villas we represent have rules governing their usage for events and parties and at times as surcharge of up to equivalent of a night’s rental, price plus a local community Fee is applicable.
      Normal bookings are for vacation purposes and special permission must be obtained for function where the number of people in attendance exceeds 150% of the capacity of the villa. The clients should be aware that these are private villas located in residential neighbourhoods and, as such, not all functions or events can necessarily be accommodated. Much depends on the vagaries of the neighbourhood’s residents.
      Wedding and other events held at villas are becoming increasingly popular. Please be aware that the majority of villa owners will not accept a booking involving a function without prior confirmation that a function coordinator has been employed.
      If you are planning to hold an event such as a wedding or any large party congregation of people at the villa, it would be best to bring to the Agent’s attention as soon as possible.
  • PROVISIONS, SERVICES AND STAFF
    • All villas we represent have a minimum of two domestic household staff. All our properties are fully equipped with bed linens, towels, cooking utensils etc.

    • Accepted payment by credit card:
      • 50% of the rental amount must be received by BaliVillaHolidays.com within two (2) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given by email.
      • In the case of bookings made 60 days prior to arrival, full payment is required within two (2) working days.
      • Final payment is required 60 days prior to arrival for Low Season and 90 days for High and Peak Season bookings.
      • Payment must be received promptly in order to guarantee your reservation.
  • CANCELLATIONS
    • Notice of cancellation must be received by BaliVillaHolidays.com in writing by email at least 61 days prior to arrival for Low Season, 91 days prior to arrival for High Season and Peak Season bookings.
      • Deposit will be refunded in full less US$ 1.000,00 OR 30% of monies received (whichever is greater), if the booking is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
    • At some villas , deposit are non refundable and will advise when booking is made.
      o In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival the deposit will be forfeited.
      o Final Payments are non-refundable.
    • Security deposits sometimes are required for certain villas. If required, a deposit will be requested by the villa Manager upon arrival and will be refunded in full on day of departure, unless damages/repairs need to be performed, in which case refunds will be made by Cash or transfer, less cost of damages.
  • TRAVEL INSURANCE
    • With potential medical, liability, cancellation risks involved in holidays, travel insurance is important, as deposits and rental payments are not refundable after a reservation has been confirmed. We highly recommend to buy an all-inclusive travel insurance package which covers all your expenses if you need to cancel your holiday due to personal reasons or a world event.
  • CHECK IN AND CHECKOUT TIME
    • Check-out time is 12:00 PM and Check-in after 15:00 hours
    • Day use up to 6:00 PM at half day rental charges
    • Day use up to 11:00 PM at one night rental charges
  • AIRPORT TRANSFER
    • Round trip airport transfers are free of charge for stays of 3 night or more. ( 1 x pick up and 1 x drop off )
    • Multiple transfer is additional charge at USD 20 / car / way and USD 35 to USD 50 for remote area
  • DAMAGE AND LOSSES
    • Clients are responsible for leaving the property and its contents in good order and in a clean condition. The client is to pay for any damages or losses incurred during occupation. The owner reserves the right to repossess the property if clients or any member of the client’s party causes excessive damage or nuisance or engages in any unlawful activity.
      o BaliVillaHolidays.com shall not be liable to the client or to any other occupier or guest on the property for any injury, sickness, loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience caused and will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
      o BaliVillaHolidays.com will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which may be cause directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.
  • NUMBERS IN PARTY AND SUITABILITY
    • The numbers of persons occupying a property must not exceed 2 people per room or the maximum number stated in the property description unless by prior arrangement. Additional persons/beds may be subject to additional nightly fees.
  • LIABILITY
    • The agent will not be responsible under any circumstances to refund any unused portion of with respect accommodations, car rentals, including any substitutions.
    • The Agent will at all times and in good faith endeavour to substitute services accommodations of a comparable type.
    • The Agent disclaims any and all liability for property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at a private villa, or whilst engaged on any tour, whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the agent, its servants, employees or agents
