Terms and Conditions

PLEASE NOTE - Your passport must be valid for more than six months at time of entry into Indonesia. It is really important because there have been clients in the past that have not been able to enter through the Denpasar airport because of the passport expiry date is less than six months.

RATES : All rates are quoted in USD dollars and converted to Australian Dollars at the time of transaction. BaliVillaHolidays.com will endeavour to ensure all advertised prices are correct and will confirm the rates for you at the time of enquiry/reservation.
RESERVATION
- Detail information regarding to members of arriving group including their nationality and their age is required prior to acceptance of your reservation.
- Presence of children and infants in your group has to be communicated before confirming your reservation as certain villas are not suitable to young guests.
- Unless explicitly mentioned, maximum capacity of a villa is two adults per bedroom. Each villa has its own specific regulation in maximum capacity which applies to both adults and children, therefore please make sure to pay sufficient attention accordingly.
CHANGES OF BOOKINGS

A USD50.00 administration fee will apply to each change after a booking has been confirmed. Changes cannot necessarily be accommodated in all cases.

Our properties are fully equipped with bed linens, towels, cooking utensil etc. Drinking water is supplied at the villa.
Gratuities for house hold staff shall be left to guest's discretion.

Season classifications, their period, and corresponding pricing are subject to discretion of each villa owner. Please refer to pricing information in villa detail page of our website. BaliVillaHolidays.com will endeavour to ensure all advertised season dates are correct and will confirm the rates for you at the time of enquiry/reservation.

Villa rental are made available only for holiday accommodation purpose only. Holding an event or party is subject to management discretion, surrounding neighborhood, local authorities, and may incur various charges and fees.
Depending on the neighboring community, certain functions may not be allowed in certain villas.
Explicit notice upon making your reservation is required for holding events or parties in the villa.
Fees may be required to acquire a license to hold the event from local authorities.

All villas we represent have a minimum of two domestic household staff. All our properties are fully equipped with bed linens, towels, cooking utensils etc.
Complimentary airport pickups / drop offs for our guests (1x pick-up and 1x drop off)

Accepted payment by credit card:

50% of the rental amount must be received by BaliVillaHolidays.com within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given by email.
In the case of bookings made 60 days prior to arrival, full payment is required within two (2) working days, or on arrival, if less than two (2) working days, whichever comes first.
Final payment is required at least 60 days prior to arrival for Low Season and 90 days for High/Peak Season bookings.
Payments by Traveller’s Cheques or personal cheques, will not be accepted.

Notice of cancellation must be received by BaliVillaHolidays.com in writing by email at least 61 days prior to arrival for Low Season, 91 days prior to arrival for High Season and Peak Season bookings
Deposit will be refunded in full less US$ 750.00 OR 20% of monies received (whichever is greater), if the booking is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival the deposit will be forfeited.
Final Payments are non-refundable
No show is subject to forfeiture of all payments you have made.

Security deposits sometimes are required for certain villas. If required, a deposit will be requested by the villa Manager upon arrival and will be refunded in full on day of departure, unless damages/repairs need to be performed, in which case refunds will be made by Cash or transfer, less cost of damages.
TRAVEL INSURANCE

With potential medical, liability, cancellation risks involved in holidays, travel insurance is important, as deposits and rental payments are not refundable after a reservation has been confirmed. We highly recommend to buy an all-inclusive travel insurance package which covers all your expenses if you need to cancel your holiday due to personal reasons or a world event.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM and Check-in after 14:00 hours
Day use up to 6:00 PM at half day rental charges
Day use up to 11:00 PM at one night rental charges
Early check in and late check out can be arranged based on availability. Requirement for early check in and/or late check out should be communicated in advance.

Round trip airport transfers are free of charge (1x pick-up and 1x drop off)
Multiple transfer is additional charge at USD 20 / car / way
Our officer will be waiting for you at the arrival gate, holding a board with your name.

Clients are responsible for leaving the property and its contents in good order and in a clean condition. The client is to pay for any damages or losses incurred during occupation. The owner reserves the right to repossess the property if clients or any member of the client’s party causes excessive damage or nuisance or engages in any unlawful activity.
BaliVillaHolidays.com shall not be liable to the client or to any other occupier or guest on the property for any injury, sickness, loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience caused and will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

BaliVillaHolidays.com will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which may be cause directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.
Numbers in Party and Suitability

The numbers of persons occupying a property must not exceed the maximum number stated in the property description unless by prior arrangement.

The agent will not be responsible under any circumstances to refund any unused portion of with respect accommodations, car rentals, including any substitutions.
The Agent will at all times and in good faith endeavor to substitute services accommodations of a comparable type.
The Agent disclaims any and all liability for property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at a private villa, or whilst engaged on any tour, whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the agent, its servants, employees or agents
