The decorations designed by Stephan Remini are a unique line of furniture. This villa has been designed to be multi purpose and to be able to use as a small very profitable hotel.
In addition to 5 bedrooms (rare in this location) Villa Chocolat is located within 200 m from well known restaurants and fashion boutiques of Bali. Less than 400 m from the sea and 300 m from the KU DE TA.
The Villa Chocolat is also a condominium with a refined flair. One bedroom in the unit can hold up to two queen size beds. It does not sit in the crowded side of town. Instead, privacy is the place’s main attribute.
This location in the center of Seminyak is safe from all nocturnal nuisances and still close to the main activities.
