Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day.
Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.

Children under 10 years of age are permitted only with advance notice as Villa Mojo must be “child proofed” with much of the breakable décor (glass art, ceramics, pottery, etc) stored for safekeeping prior to guests arrival.
