Villa Bali Samuan is a private luxury villa with a separate independent guesthouse located in the Oberoi district on the Island of Bali, Indonesia. The location of villa Bali Samuan is perfect to those who wish to enjoy the restaurants, nightlife and shopping of Oberoi and Seminyak. KU DE TA, La Lucciola, The Breeze etc, are all but a short distance away.

Bali Villa Samuan is located in the very center of what is now considered Seminyak ”Prime District”. The villa is just a few minutes’ walk from a wide choice of internationally acclaimed restaurants including the famous KU DE TA, La Lucciola, Living Room, the Breeze and Hu’us bar. It is also a walking distance from a variety of collections of chic designer boutiques and art galleries and is just 500 meters from the sweeping Oberoi Beach.

The Villa has a main living room, dining area, relaxation area, television screen, music installation, wireless internet connection, fully-equipped separate private kitchen if you want to cook, and separate guest toilet. The living room is connected to the luxury air- conditioned master bedroom with a four poster bed, 32” LCD television with a separate big dressing area connected to the bathroom with a wooden bathtub, shower and toilet.

The Guesthouse has a big living room, dining area, relaxation area, television, small kitchenette, wireless internet connection, and is connected to two separated A.C. bedrooms with garden view, television, bathrooms, shower and toilet. One bedroom has two single beds. One bedroom has a four poster bed. The guesthouse has a private 9 meter pool.
