The amazing villa has a total area of 500m2 with three en-suite bedrooms. King-size beds adorn these while an office can be utilized as a single bedroom. The master bathroom has a bathtub with a shower while the other bathrooms have an open shower which reflects the traditional Balinese culture of outdoor shower.
There is also a 40 m2 private swimming pool where the guests can feel the coolness of the water. Its bale/gazebo has a daybed where one could lounge or laze around. This villa has two TV sets with individual cable program controls and a Playstation. A maximum of seven adults can very comfortably occupy the villa.
Location
The villa is located in the most sought-after area in Bali, Seminyak Oberoi. Just around the corner are some 20 popular restaurants such as Rumours, La Trattoria, Soho and Mykonos. In addition, there are also galleries to visit, spas to relax in, and boutique shops to indulge in.
And the beach and the famous Kudeta restaurant is 10 minutes stroll away. With a private security controlled access road, the villas are very quiet and peaceful and from the balcony they enjoy a great view over a rice field.
Within 20-40 minute drive is the airport, the challenging surf beaches in Canggu, the picturesque temple site of Tanah Lot and the acclaimed Nirwana golf course. Ubud can be reached in 50 minutes.
